FAQ
What is Winter Fuel? What does it do?
When sunlight disappears, your circadian rhythm gets thrown off, and there are cascading effects: poor sleep, a run-down immune system, low energy, and the winter blues.
Winter Fuel targets the whole chain:
- Vitamins D3 + K2 for the lack of sunlight
- Magnesium for quality sleep and activating Vitamin D
- Zinc + Copper, Vitamin C, and Selenium for immune support
- A full 5-gram dose of Creatine for energy
- A clinically studied Saffron extract for steadier mood
Mixed-berry flavor, sweetened with monk fruit, zero junk sugar. One scoop, once a day.
How do I take it? How often?
One scoop into 8 ounces of water, stir until dissolved, and drink. Once a day, any time.
Food helps your body absorb supplements better, so pair it with a meal if you can. A protein shake is an excellent option.
How fast will I feel it?
Unless you know you're deficient in any one thing, give it a few weeks. This isn't a jolt like coffee — it's replacing what winter's been draining for months, and that takes consistent daily use, just like a workout routine. It's why we offer bundles: the biggest difference goes to people who take it every day through the season.
How much is in one container?
Each tub is 11.6 ounces (330 grams). 30 daily scoops, about a one-month supply.
There's creatine in here — isn't that a gym thing? Doesn't creatine hold water and make people bloated?
Its reputation is stuck at the gym, but creatine is a rechargeable battery for your cells (including your brain). It’s here for steady energy and clear thinking through a long winter.
No, it won't make you bloated or puffy. The water creatine holds goes inside muscle cells, not under your skin. You may see a pound or two on the scale early on — that's water in muscle, not fat.
I saw maltodextrin — isn't that a crappy filler?
In supplements, some filler is necessary; it's what makes a scoop measure the same every time. We ruled out maltodextrin and dextrose as fillers — usually code words for cheap carbs from corn.
The maltodextrin on our label is something else: the carrier that keeps our saffron extract stable and evenly dosed. At 9 to 15 mg a serving, it rounds to zero carbs and won't move your blood sugar. It's rice-derived, so no gluten either.
Any sugar or calories?
15 calories a scoop, no added sugar — sweetened with monk fruit (zero sugar, zero blood-sugar impact).
Are the ingredients natural? Vegan? Gluten-free?
Natural berry flavor, monk fruit to sweeten, minerals and vitamins in high-quality forms — no artificial colors or sweeteners, no junk sugar. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free.
Is it only for winter?
It shines brightest in winter, but you can take it year-round — we'd recommend it.
Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common in the US. You can't make vitamin D through a window, and modern life happens indoors. Many of us don't get enough direct sun even in summer. Winter just makes the shortfall impossible to ignore.
Who shouldn't take it?
Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive. If you're on medication or managing a condition, check with your doctor first.
Where is Winter Fuel made?
Made in the USA in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility, with quality globally sourced ingredients. Every batch is third-party tested, with a Certificate of Analysis on request.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but stay tuned.
