The 60-Day Winter Guarantee

Take Winter Fuel daily for 60 days. If you don't feel a difference, email us and we'll refund the full purchase price.

No forms, no return shipping, no questions. Keep the tub — we don't want a half-used container back, and you shouldn't have to pay to mail one.

The 60 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it.

Who's covered — Your first order, one refund per customer. If it was a multi-pack, the whole order is covered.

How to request one — Email support@winterfuel.health with your order number. We'll confirm and refund your original payment method.

Damaged, wrong, or missing orders — Different situation, doesn't count against your guarantee. Email us with your order number and a photo if there's damage. We'll replace it or refund it, your choice. Tell us within 30 days of delivery so we can file with the carrier.

Pre-orders — Not shipped yet? Cancel any time for a full refund.

Sending something back — You don't need to. If you'd rather return an unopened tub, email first so we can match it to your order.
